I’m Dominik Weiss — a project manager, creative director and sailor based in Mahón, Menorca.
My work moves between yachting, visual production, digital design, real estate and sounds. Different disciplines, connected by the same approach: understand the project, define its direction and execute it with clarity.
My background combines practical work at sea with project development, marketing, content creation and property-related projects. I have worked with yacht designers, naval architects, shipyards, suppliers, private clients, brands and media partners — coordinating projects from early concepts to presentation, communication and commercial development.
Living in the Mediterranean has shaped the way I work. I am interested in projects that have a strong relationship with their environment — a yacht designed around life at sea, a property connected to its location, a website that reflects the character of a brand, or music created for a specific atmosphere.
I prefer direct collaboration, personal involvement and a limited number of carefully selected projects.
